  • Customers can request cancellation of their hosting services at any time from their client dashboard.
  • Upon cancellation, the hosting account and all associated data will be removed from our servers.
  • We recommend taking backups before canceling your account, as data cannot be recovered after cancellation.

1.2 Domain Registrations & Renewals

  • Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
  • If you cancel a hosting plan that includes a free domain, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
  • You may continue using the domain until its expiration or transfer it to another registrar.

1.3 Additional Services

  • Any add-ons, custom configurations, or third-party services purchased with the hosting plan are non-refundable.
  • SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, and software licenses are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared and reseller hosting plans.
  • VPS, dedicated servers, and custom configurations do not qualify for refunds.
  • Refunds will be issued only if requested within the first 30 days of service activation.
  • The money-back guarantee applies only to first-time purchases.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via the support ticket system.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (as per customer preference).
  • Payment gateway charges, setup fees, and domain registration costs are non-refundable.

2.3 No Refunds in Certain Cases

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse, spamming, illegal activities, or policy violations.
